Financial Aid Paperwork
We take the hassle out of completing your student's financial aid paperwork.
If you've selected our forms completion service for your family, you're in luck - we'll take care of all of the necessary paperwork for your family, but we will need to collect some updated information to make sure your applications are accurate and complete.
If you're planning to complete the paperwork on your own, don't worry. We've put together some helpful guides on our Web site that outline what you need to do.
Each school has different requirements for their financial aid applications and deadlines for submission. All schools require a student to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and some schools may require additional paperwork such as an institutional aid application or the CSS/PROFILE. It is important that the proper paperwork is filed for each institution and that the forms are filed on time (although earlier is always better).
There are two basic groups of financial aid filers - new students and continuing students. (We call these new applications and renewals.) A new student is just as the term suggests - a student looking to enter their first year of college at an institution. Continuing students are those who will be returning to the same school the next year. (If your student is switching schools - transferring - you should consider them a continuing student at most institutions although we suggest you double check with us or the school for institution-specific requirements.)
