With more than a decade of service in the College Planning field, Dave Karp has helped hundreds of families to make the right choices for their childrens' higher education needs. He has saved his clients thousands of dollars in college costs and has helped hundreds of students to get into the right schools and has been featured in several publications including Smart Money and The Patriot-News. A Virginia native (and avid golfer), Dave lives in the Hershey area with his wife, Michele; he enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Josh has worked with Complete College Solutions since January 2002, building on an already accomplished career in education policy. He is responsible for developing relationships with our preferred student loan lenders (getting our clients special rate reductions), researching matters related to Financial Aid and the Higher Education Act and keeps our staff and clients up to date on important information. Active on many issues, he lives in Camp Hill with his wife Amy and their small farm of dogs and cats.

Tina Baker joined Complete College Solutions as a consultant during the fall of 2001. She is a former high school counselor with experience from Susquenita High School and Cedar Cliff High School. Tina earned her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Education degrees from Shippensburg Univeristy, where she also worked for two years in the admissions office. Tina has been a Nationally Certified Counselor since 1996.
